Sabra Guzman is a native of Long Beach, California, who has quickly established herself and been rightfully embraced by the Lafayette arts community since relocating here in 2014. Guzman's range of influences - from post-punk rock to traditional country and Americana - inform a soulful, unvarnished approach to songwriting and performing. She fronts the popular group Sabra & The Get Rights, is a founding member of The Daiquiri Queens, and has also played bass and leant vocal harmonies in support of Esther Rose, Cedric Watson and The Cathead Biscuit Boys. This Sunday, she's accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Daniel Coolik, a member of Lafayette supergroup The Revelers and Congolese Rumba outfit Boma Bango.
